Shipping in the US (excluding Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico):

We offer shipping on all orders within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to these locations, outside of the continental United States, may be subject to additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Orders are processed during week days, 8am – 4pm PST,  Orders received after noon will be processed the following business day.  USPS, UPS and FEDEX Ground and FEDEX 2 Day Shipping available (additional fees may apply).

Low International Shipping Fees to Canada and the UK:

We provide affordable international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping fees for orders to these countries will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination.


Personal Choice Return (Changed Mind, No Longer Need, Ordered by Accident, etc):

If you wish to return your order due to personal choice or have inadvertently placed an incorrect order, kindly reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@tametheflamefirepitcover.com to commence the return procedure. Upon contacting us, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which should be included in the packaging when returning the item. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 10% will be subtracted from your refund, and the responsibility for covering the return shipping costs rests with you. We kindly request that all returned products be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. This ensures that we can process your return efficiently and maintain the integrity of our products for future customers. Your cooperation in adhering to this guideline is greatly appreciated.

Faulty, Damaged or Flawed Product:

If you receive a faulty, damaged or flawed product, please contact our customer service at customerservice@tametheflamefirepitcover.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Upon contacting us, you will be provided with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which should be included in the packaging when returning the item. In cases of defective products, Tame The Flame Firepit Covers will cover the return shipping costs.  You will receive a new cover to replace the damaged one which you are returning.


Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received back at our warehouse and inspected for its condition. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
